Sneaking nutrition in your child’s food – Pediasure Pancakes

Ingredients: 

Pancake Recipe Ingredients

250 ml (1 cup) cake flour
5 ml (1 t) Baking Powder
2,5 ml (½ t) salt

20 ml (4 t) Pediasure

50 ml Sugar

10 ml (2 t) cinnamon

2 eggs
180 ml (¾ cup) milk
± 150 ml water
60 ml butter
Sunflower oil for baking
5 ml (1 t) vanilla essence

Method: pancakes

Pancake Recipe Method

  1. Sift the dry ingredients together.
  2. Beat the eggs, milk, water and vanilla essence.
  3. Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Add the melted butter and mix.
  5. Mix all the ingredients until bubbles form on the top of the mixture.
  6. Then simply pour into a non-stick pan on medium heat. Flip the pancake once bubbles have formed on the surface.
